MEETING ROOM FACILITIES

Please note that you will have the following equipment at your disposal:

One LCD Projector (Beamer), hooked up to one Windows based PC and a projection screen.
A whiteboard and writing block.

To help things run on time and smoothly, please make sure you leave the session-room on time, with all technical equipment back in its original state and place.
