17th EICAR Annual Conference - the entire conference will be held at a venue called les Ondines.
A few kilometers from the city center of Laval, the conference center looks out on a 4-hectare park along the river. A special bus service running between the hotels and the conference center will be at your diposal throughout the conference.

On Monday morning
- For the hotels Best Western Hotel de Paris, Imperial Hotel, Marin Hotel and Citotel, the meeting point is at the Citotel at 9:30 am ( unless 200 metres of the hotel) Citotel Address: 8 avenue Robert Buron
- For the IBIS hotel : the meeting point is in front of the hotel at 9:45 am
- For the Kyriad hotel : the meeting point is in front of the hotel at 9:30 am
On Monday evening
- For the hotels Best Western Hotel de Paris, Imperial Hotel, Marin Hotel and Citotel, the meeting point is at the Citotel at 7:45 pm
- From these hotels you can easily go to the Old Castle on footFor the IBIS hotel : the meeting point is in front of the hotel at 7:30 pm
- For the Kyriad hotel : the meeting point is in front of the hotel at 7:30 pm The shuttle will bring you back to your hotel at the end of the conference
On Tuesday
